CPSC LIKELY SOON WILL SEEK FEEDBACK ON F963 AND CPSIA
CPSC members were slated to vote by July 10, after the PSL deadline, whether to seek public comment the effectiveness of various elements of ASTM’s F963 toy standard related to the CPSIA.

NEMA CALLS FOR FUNDS FOR ANTI-COUNTERFEIT EFFORTS

In a bid to start implementing anti-counterfeit programs in the U.S., the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) is calling on Congress to appropriate funds allocated to such programs under the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights Act also known as PRO-IP, approved last year.
