CANADA MULLS RULES FOR PHTHALATES, LEAD IN CHILD ITEMS

As a part of the in-the-works Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (bill C-6), the Canadian government has proposed regulations to control the use of chemicals such as phthalates and lead in children's toys, child-care articles and other consumer products.
