CPSC Commissioner Nancy Nord June 15 praised the TIA/ANSI Toy Safety Certification Program (TSCP) as an example of corporate responsibility. She was speaking in Paris at a conference on such responsibility by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
