TENENBAUM LIKELY TO FACE EARLY CONGRESSIONAL SCRUTINY
Inez Tenenbaum – President Barack Obama’s choice for CPSC chairman – likely would face Congress over the CPSIA just a few months into her tenure. Senators at her confirmation hearing (see story this issue) indicated that such scrutiny would be coming.
