NEVADA LIGHTER BILL WOULD BAN REFILLABLE UNITS WITH ART
The Lighter Association is breaking with its typical support of novelty lighter bans to oppose a bill passed in Nevada that, due to a quirk in the legislation’s language, would exempt disposable units with artwork but not similar refillable units.
