MEGA TO PAY $1.1 MILLION TO SETTLE REPORTING ALLEGATIONS
CPSC April 14 said Mega Brands America would pay $1.1 million in civil penalties to settle allegations it did not make timely Section 15 reports for about 1,500 incidents of magnets falling out of Magnetix building sets.
