NORD AND MOORE DISAGREE ON TIMING OF CPSIA FIXES
CPSC Acting Chairman Nancy Nord March 20 urged Congress to make changes to the CPSIA in at least three areas, but Commissioner Thomas Moore suggested that such amendments would be premature until a full commission is in place and votes on the recommendations.
