NEW LEAD RULES COULD REQUIRE NEW USE AND ABUSE TESTS

The potential need for CPSC to create use-and-abuse testing for products for children over age 6 could be a “major issue” of pending legislation that would increase U.S. lead restrictions, according to Compliance Director Gib Mullan.
