SOME 6(b) PROTECTIONS MIGHT REMAIN UNDER H.R. 4040
Congress would not totally eliminate 6(b) protections under a November 15 amendment to H.R. 4040, which the Commerce, Trade and Consumer Protection Subcommittee then approved by voice vote.
