Northup Praises Cooperation on Testing Costs Vote
Outgoing Commissioner Anne Northup October 11 urged the commission to follow through on exploring proposals to reduce third party testing costs. Her written statement followed the vote (PSL, 10/15/12, p. 1) to look at nine options. Noting that the resulting decision did not “endorse all the proposals that I would have supported, I recognize that it is important to champion the cost reductions that might result from these suggestions than to oppose the package for what it did not include.” ...
