Bassinets/Cradles: Commissioners voted 4-0 by ballot to publish a notice of proposed rulemaking for a Section 104 switch (PSL, 9/24/12, p. 1).
Torch Fuel: Commissioners voted 4-0 to defer a petition that seeks to require such fuel be in opaque containers. Agency staff had recommended denial (PSL, 9/24/12, p. 1). Staff now will monitor standards activity.
