ECHA Begins Focused Dossier Checks


The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) September 17 said a new compliance check process will increase the likelihood of problematic REACH dossiers being scrutinized. It differentiated the new “systematic targeting” from “full compliance checks,” explaining that the former involve “only a specific part of the registration dossier.”
