ASTM Develops Infant Rocker Standard

A July 26 ASTM task group meeting on infant rockers July 26 revealed progress on a new standard. According to task group chair Julia Prichard of Kids II, the new standard is going to be heavily based on F21.67, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Infant Bouncer Seats. It is designed to incorporate all rockers designed for infants but also will account for the fact that certain infant rockers can be used until toddler age, about 2.5 years.
