CPSC Outlines Port Seizures in FY2012 Second Quarter


In the second quarter of fiscal 2012 (January 1 to April 30), CPSC investigators screened more than 3,700 products at United States ports, stopping entry of 319 (361,183 units). Combined with first quarter figures, CPSC investigators have screened more than 6,600 imported products, barring 583 (1,008,543 units) from entry in to the United States.
