Lighters’ Compliance Better, Prosafe Finds
Prosafe concluded the safety of lighters is “significantly better” in its July 10 Joint Follow-up Market Surveillance Action on Child-Resistant Lighters and Novelty Lighters. The joint EU effort involved the examination of more than 2,600 products, with laboratory testing of 29 models from the seven largest importers and manufacturers of lighters.
