Nord Gives Views on Play Yards and Fireworks Rules
Commissioner Nancy Nord July 11 voiced apprehension about the process of the recent section 104 switch for play yards. Her written comments referred to the concerns raised (PSL, 6/25/12, p. 1) by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JMPA) about a sufficient comment period for provisions related to bassinets and cradle accessories.
