CPSC Vice-Chair: Commissioner Robert Adler remains vice chairman by default after a 2-0-2 vote in which he and Chairman Inez Tenenbaum voted for him to continue in that position while Commissioners Nancy Nord and Anne Northup abstained. The lack of a majority vote means that he stays in the position until the commissioner picks his successor.
